Text and documents

Local checks run on this site’s PHP server. Submitted text is processed for the request and is not saved in the application database. Uploaded documents use PHP temporary upload storage and are not added to a permanent document library. Generated downloads are deleted after the response. Temporary PDF font caches contain font data, not a document history.

Drafts on your device

Draft saving is optional and uses your browser’s local storage. It may remain on a shared device. Turn off Save draft on this device or use Clear to remove the saved draft. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms.

Premium AI

AI checking sends the selected text sections to OpenAI after you consent. Requests set store:false, but this does not by itself promise zero provider retention; OpenAI’s applicable data policies govern provider handling. The app records token counts, model, estimated API cost, account ID, and request status for billing controls, without storing the text in the usage ledger.

Accounts and limits

The database stores your name, email, password hash, Premium expiry, and assigned AI allowance. It stores a keyed hash of the connecting IP for rate limits, not a plain IP address. Your hosting provider may maintain separate access or error logs. Administrators can manage accounts, reset passwords, and reconcile usage.

Advertisements

If the owner enables an advertising network, that provider may use its own cookies or tracking. The owner must configure appropriate consent and publish the network’s details before enabling tracking ads. Premium pages do not load the app’s advertisement placements.
